Department: FinanceWe are currently looking for a Finance Specialist to join our Finance team in our Bangalore Office. Reporting to the Finance Manager, this role will impact the team as an integral part of the day-to-day financial operations and financial accounting side of the business.This opportunity within our Finance team will focus on day-to-day finance operations such as AP, AR, payroll, supporting month-end and year-end closures and audits. It involves working closely with the rest of the Finance team and the larger organisation in ensuring quality and delivery of the financial data, and evolution of the financial processes.What you'll doManage day-to-day operations of the finance team across all locationsTake care of AP and AR functions, ensuring timely and accurate payment of dues and timely collections from customersOwn and manage the payroll process across all locationsAct as the “go-to-person” for all payroll related queries for the employees of the groupLiaise with finance consultants across different locations on varying topics related to accounting and complianceWork closely with the rest of the team and consultants in ensuring timely and accurate books closure monthlyAssist in yearly local and group auditsReview GL accounting and perform balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis for cost and revenue itemsReview existing processes and provide suggestions and implement changes to make finance processes more efficientExposure to global finance projects and opportunities to work closely with across functions, thereby accelerating learning and growthQualificationsEssential Requirements:Bachelors/ Masters in Accounting & Finance (BCOM/ MCOM/ MBA).
