Develop modern product and website designs, ensuring accessibility and responsive functionality.
Collaborate with the Digital Experience team to refine and enhance UI/UX designs.
Translate abstract ideas into impactful digital experiences.
Create and maintain digital design systems using Figma and other design tools.
Develop low and high-fidelity prototypes for user testing.

Requirements: * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or related field.

5+ years of experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing work on B2B sites and applications.
Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools.
Experience in developing design systems and high-fidelity interactive prototypes.
