
Payroll Analyst

- Process all payroll related changes including new hires, status changes and terminations
- Manage payroll provider to ensure that our employees are paid accurately and on time
- Process wage assignments (child support orders, tax levies, etc)
- Maintain and organize payroll files
- Provide internal customers with outstanding customer service when responding to telephone and email requests
- Provide payroll-related journal entry details each month-end close
- Reconcile payroll-related general ledger accounts as required each month-end close
- Assist with auditor requests
- Experience in processing payroll (Sweden Preferred)
- Excellent computer skills required, especially Microsoft Excel
- Experience with enterprise payroll systems (ADP a plus)
- Accuracy and attention to detail are key requirements
- Exceptional interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to manage and maintain sensitive and confidential information appropriately
- Payroll accounting experience is a plus
- International payroll experience is a plus
