PlantEducation Qualification - BE/BTech Instrumentation & Control/ Electronics & TelecommunicationBudget: They can offer Maximum 25 % Rise on Present CTCNo. of company changed: 2-3 (They required Stable Person)Experience: 3-10+ Years (Yokogawa/Siemens/Programming)- Plan, Review and Analyze Maintenance strategy for the VSF instrumentation in order to achieve highest efficiency of the activities for reliable and safe operation.- Troubleshooting and corrective action during instrument breakdown or failures to find the root cause and best solution in order to restore the functionality back to normal.- To maintain the availability of Instrumentation with minimum inventory.- To Update History Card of Critical Section for DCS and Pulp Handling system- Adopt and deploy lean manufacturing practices to reduce waste, enhance 5S Level, achieve higher productivity.- Train and develop team to deploy various Problem solving skills for root cause analysis of chronic failures.- Up gradation of Existing Automation & Instrumentation systems to improve quality and quantity targets of production. Recommend Automation.
