- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls promptly.
- Respond to email inquiries and provide necessary information to visitors and clients.
- Manage office visitor logs and ensure proper check-in/check-out procedures.
- Coordinate meeting room schedules and assist with room preparation.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier packages, and deliveries.
- Assist clients and visitors with any immediate needs and direct them to the appropriate staff or department.
- Perform general office tasks including filing, maintaining admin related documents
- Maintain office supplies inventory and reorder items as needed.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Provide support for special projects and company events.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and supplies.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanour.
- Any Graduate/Post Graduate , additional certification in office administration or related field preferred.
- Good Communication and presentational skills.
