  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls promptly.
  • Respond to email inquiries and provide necessary information to visitors and clients.
  • Manage office visitor logs and ensure proper check-in/check-out procedures.
  • Coordinate meeting room schedules and assist with room preparation.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier packages, and deliveries.
  • Assist clients and visitors with any immediate needs and direct them to the appropriate staff or department.
  • Perform general office tasks including filing, maintaining admin related documents
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and reorder items as needed.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Provide support for special projects and company events.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and supplies.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanour.
Exemption TypeExempt (Salaried)Job RequirementsExperience and Qualifications
  • Any Graduate/Post Graduate , additional certification in office administration or related field preferred.
  • Good Communication and presentational skills.
