We are looking for IT professionals like you, who will work as Lead Product Data Migration responsible for overseeing the definition, ramp-up, and continuous operation of a data-migration factory for major platforms at Siemens, such as SAP, Salesforce, and Teamcenter. This role involves managing data migration projects, including setup, planning, execution, and testing, to ensure successful transitions to the new system. This position will function in a capacity similar to that of a Product Owner within an Agile framework, requiring close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, timely outcomes.You'll break new ground by:

You will be working as a manager in Data migration projects.
Manage the development and testing activities for the data migration process for S/4 HANA implementations on a global scale.
Define, ramp-up, and evolve a continuous running data-migration factory for major platforms at Siemens, including SAP, Salesforce, and Teamcenter.
Initialize and manage data migration projects encompassing project setup, planning, migration activities, and testing.
Execute successful data migrations from legacy IT landscapes to the new ecosystem landscape based on SAP S4, Salesforce, and other platforms.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and data consistency across different platforms.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues as they arise.
Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the migration process by implementing robust validation and verification procedures.
Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders involved in the data migration process.
Conduct cut-over and post-migration reviews to assess the success of migration and identify areas for improvement.
Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in data migration to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of your migration projects.

You're excited to build on your existing expertise, including:

Qualified B.E / BTech / MCA or equivalent from reputed institute
12+ years of proven experience in handling data migration projects or ETL based solutions.
Solid experience in Agile IT Project Management is essential, with a proven ability to deliver complex initiatives in dynamic, iterative environments.
Strong understanding of Data Migration Methodology (ETL) including profiling, cleansing, and validation activities.
Experience in transforming data to SAP S4 HANA, Salesforce or Teamcenter environments.
Proficiency in using tools like SAP Solution Manager as application lifecycle management tool for SAP.
Practical knowledge of SAP objects and import methods.
Experience delivering projects using SAP ASAP & Agile methodologies
Experience in SAP Signavio.
Experience in making strategies to validate migrated data.
Experience in handling stakeholders, reporting and team management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Demonstrates strong people skills with a leadership mindset, using humor, motivation, and storytelling to inspire teams and drive engagement.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Manager with a collaborative and innovative-driven mindset.
Strong understanding of major platforms like SAP S4 implementations, Salesforce, and Teamcenter.
Basic understandings of migration tools like SAP S4 HANA Migration cockpit.
Proficient in creating impactful presentations with strong PowerPoint skills and possesses medium to good proficiency in Excel for data handling and analysis.
Expertise in data mapping, transformation, and validation techniques to ensure high-quality data migrations.
Understanding of data quality principles and master data governance to ensure accurate and reliable data migration
Familiarity with project management tools and techniques along with essential experience working within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), with a strong understanding of its principles, roles, and ceremonies.
Basic understanding of SAP data migration tools such as LSMW (Legacy System Migration Workbench), BDC (Batch Data Communication), BAPI (Business Application Programming Interface), and SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit will be good to have.
