- Payroll Auditing & Compliance
- Perform regular audits of payroll data to ensure accuracy, compliance, and completeness.
- Identify discrepancies and collaborate with Payroll and HR teams to resolve issues.
- Develop and maintain audit reports and dashboards to monitor payroll trends and anomalies.
- SuccessFactors Reporting
- Design, build, and maintain reports using SuccessFactors tools (e.g., Report Center, Canvas Reports, Ad Hoc Reports).
- Support HR and business leaders with custom reporting needs and data insights.
- Ensure data consistency across modules, especially Employee Central and Payroll.
- Employee Central Data Management
- Monitor and maintain data integrity within Employee Central.
- Collaborate with HRIS and HR teams to support data governance and process improvements.
- Assist in configuration and testing of Employee Central updates and enhancements.
- Analytics & Insights
- Translate business requirements into actionable data models and visualizations.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data trends and patterns.
- Support HR metrics and KPIs reporting for leadership and compliance purposes.
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in HR data analysis, payroll auditing, or HRIS reporting.
- Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors, especially Employee Central and Reporting tools (Ad Hoc, Canvas, Report Center).
- Strong understanding of payroll processes, compliance standards, and HR data structures.
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data modeling.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or SAP Analytics Cloud.
- Familiarity with SQL or other data querying languages for advanced data manipulation.
- Knowledge of HR compliance regulations (e.g., FLSA, ACA, GDPR, SOX).
- Experience with SAP Payroll or other enterprise payroll systems.
- Ability to interpret complex data sets and translate findings into actionable insights.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or collaboratively.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with data governance, data quality frameworks, and audit controls.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experienc supporting system upgrades, testing, and configuration in HRIS platforms.
