Problem Solving & Analytics (Primary focus of the role)· Leverage Walmart and syndicated data to identify growth drivers, risks, and whitespace opportunities· Diagnose category, brand, and item performance using structured, hypothesis-led analysis· Uncover trade effectiveness gaps and recommend corrective actions backed by data· Analyze pricing, promotion, distribution, and mix to quantify performance impact· Track market and consumer trends to anticipate shifts, not just explain outcomes· Translate complex datasets into clear insights, scenarios, and recommendations· Provide concise, decision-ready narratives summarizing business conditions and actions· Proactively surface insights that influence trade strategy and innovation discussions

Executional Excellence· Own accurate, timely trade planning inputs across systems· Monitor performance vs. plan and flag risks and opportunities early· Deliver consistent, high-quality trade recaps and post-event analyses· Ensure analytical outputs are reliable, repeatable, and audit-ready· Balance speed and precision while managing multiple priorities effectively· Embed execution discipline aligned to US business rhythms

Stakeholder Engagement & Continuous Improvement· Partner closely with US Customer Teams as trusted analytics thought partner· Communicate insights with clarity, confidence, and business relevance· Incorporate stakeholder feedback to continuously raise insight quality· Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, or automate analytics· Demonstrate a continuous improvement mindset to scale GIC impactMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS· 4–6 years of relevant experience in Business Reporting, Sales / Trade Analytics, and Data Visualization within CPG or related industries· Strong exposure to sales performance analysis, trade effectiveness, and revenue drivers; Revenue Management or data-modelling experience preferred· Proven ability to work with large, complex datasets and translate analysis into actionable business insights· Experience supporting commercial or customer teams, preferably US-based or global stakeholders· Mandatory: Full-time Master’s degree (or equivalent) from an accredited universityPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPECTATIONS· Experience using syndicated data (e.g., Nielsen, IRI/Circana) and retailer datasets to generate business insights· Background in FMCG / CPG, with exposure to US or international commercial environments· Prior experience in Revenue Management, pricing, promotion, or trade analytics preferred· Strong communication and influencing skills, with ability to present and sell insights to stakeholders· Demonstrated problem-solving capability, comfortable with ambiguity and proactive decision-making· Tech- and data-savvy, with interest in leveraging analytics and automation· Demonstrated alignment to company values and collaborative, results-driven mindsetCOMPANY OVERVIEWWe exist to make food the world loves.
