The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in guiding patients through their skincare, haircare, and laser treatment journeys while ensuring a seamless and positive client experience. This role is best suited for someone who combines strong interpersonal skills with a genuine interest in healthcare and patient well-being.RequirementsKey Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for patients visiting the clinic, ensuring a warm, professional, and welcoming experience.
Counsel patients on various skin, hair, and laser treatments offered by the clinic, explaining procedures, benefits, expected outcomes, and post-treatment care.
Understand patient concerns and recommend appropriate treatments in coordination with dermatologists and medical professionals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with patients to encourage trust, retention, and long-term engagement.
Handle patient queries, follow-ups, and concerns efficiently, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, treatment plans, and feedback.
Coordinate appointments, manage scheduling, and ensure smooth clinic operations.
Upsell and cross-sell relevant services and packages based on patient needs, while maintaining ethical and patient-first practices.
Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in skincare, haircare, and aesthetic treatments to provide informed guidance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1–3 years of experience in a skin clinic, aesthetic center, or healthcare environment.
Strong knowledge or exposure to skin, hair, and laser treatments is highly preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to counsel and influence patients effectively.
A patient-centric approach with high empathy and listening skills.
Confidence in handling consultations and addressing patient concerns.
Basic understanding of sales principles, with the ability to convert inquiries into treatments.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in maintaining records and using basic computer applications.
