The Quality Engineers works with Architects, Solution Designers, Developers, Product Owners, Project Managers and others to help ensure high quality and timely delivery on multiple implementations of changes in product centric delivery model.Quality Engineers are responsible to implementing quality assessments throughout the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to ensure high standards in product-centric delivery.

Act as an independent Quality Engineer within an Agile DevOps, product-centric environment
Deliver Testing as per Test Strategy and Test Plans in accordance with Bupa standard (s), dependent on development lifecycle (i.e. SDLC, ADLC, IDLC)
Develop test specifications, produce test estimates and track spend against plan
Develop test cases, test scripts, and test traceability matrices ensuring sufficient coverage against business requirements / user stories
Develop Automated test pack with high efficiency and quality by following Bupa Standards, contribute to develop more advance Automation Standards and Framework
Develop test programmes that address areas such as database impacts, software scenarios, negative testing or usability
Develop, document and maintain test cases and other test artefacts like the test data, data validation, and ensure regression test packs are always maintained and up to date
Execute and evaluate manual & Automation (functional, integration, end to end, regression) test cases and report test results.
Identify and find / create test data to support Manual/Automated test processes

A background in software analysis or software development or IS project from relevant business area is necessary.
ISTQB Software Testing Foundation or Intermediate Certification
Experience in mobile app testing
Experience in mobile app automation using APPIUM
Total years of experience should be 2-7 years
Relevant experience should not be less than 2 years
Good understanding of Cloud technology (Google and Azure), Microsoft CRM, Window and UNIX server, Web & App platforms.
Person must have an excellent problem-solving approach, be a self-starter, good communicator, good collaboration skills and team player, business oriented and must have skills in producing documentation
Understanding of Non-Functional testing like Performance testing, Accessibility Testing, Visual Testing
The ability to demonstrate:

Consistent delivery of testing on time and to budget
Problem solving and Risk management
Change management
Quality custodian in software development life cycle
Understanding of:
Project development lifecycle (s) i.e. SDLC, ADLC, IDLC
Structured approach to QA analysis
A strong delivery focus
Managing quality engineering activities
Business and IS strategy knowledge
Good Quality Engineering skills covering Functional, API, Automation and non functional testing
