Working with business and data architects, evaluate products and projects to ensure congruency with strategic initiatives and industry trends. Provide technical advice to resolve production problems.Duties / Responsibilities:

Work at all levels of portfolio and across multiple Agile Release Trains to deliver solution designs.
Present technical approaches to the senior leadership team, provide technical leadership at the solution train layer, participate in backlog management, and prioritize and estimate work efforts/features/capabilities.
Effectively communicate architecture, design considerations cross-functional team members, and management.
Work with Enterprise Architects to break down EPICs into capability and Business features, define the solution designs, iterate with domain and other solution architects, and help guide application architects for Program Level decomposition and robust architectures.
Status update and issue escalation to the executive leadership team and be the owner of software demo content and acceptance.
Facilitate communication and problem-solving in large cross-group development efforts across multiple development teams and business owners.
Manage competing priorities.
Foster a safe and open communication environment.
Clearly, articulate needs to onsite and offshore vendor teams.
Mentor and train people in junior positions.

Skills / Knowledge Considered a Plus:

Java or Kotlin as a must have skill.
Candidate should have 6+ years of solid experience in developing mobile applications with the help of MAUI.
Strong experience in frontend web application development using ReactJs or AngularJs
Strong experience across .NET Development, C#.
A good working knowledge of ASP. Net / ASP. Net Core and WebAPI.
Good knowledge of database development, ideally SQL
Hands-on experience in design, architecture, developing, and delivering native mobile and cross-platform Xamarin. Android, and Xamarin. Forms/MAUI applications using Xamarin Studio or Microsoft Visual Studio.
Must have good experience in MVVM Design patterns.
Good understanding of SOLID design principles and design patterns.
Hands-on experience in design and architect mobile back-end services.
Strong knowledge in C#.net and SQLite Database with Entity Framework.
In-depth hands-on experience working with a cloud provider, e.g., Azure & Azure DevOps
Expert in Source Control like SVN & GitHub is preferred.
Solid foundation in data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design.
Should have a strong knowledge of OOPS and intermediate knowledge of front-end GUI design and development.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information Systems, and/or equivalent formal training or work experience.
9-12 years of equivalent work experience in information technology or engineering environment.
A related advanced degree may offset the related experience requirement.
