In this role, you will be responsible for project management activities for a Workday HCM project which requires knowledge and understanding of the HCM modules. Moreover, awareness of the integrations and coordination with multiple teams is expected.Responsibilities
- Workday Functional consultant with multimodule exp – core HCM + Recruiting/Talent/Advance Compensation
- Strong in core HCM + recruiting/Talent/Advance compensation
- Exp in functional configurations, Business process,Security,Alerts,Notifications,EIB's
- Study customer requirements on financial processes and map them in Workday Cloud.
- Analyze As-Is Processes and design the optimized To-Be Processes
- Perform Design Validation and identify areas of improvement
- Suggest and improve business processes
- Prepare Training Material, SOPs etc for Workday processes.
- Prepare Test Scripts, and perform Testing Workday functionality & configuration
- Impart training to users on Workday
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
- BE/MBA/M.Tech
- Should have experience in Workday Financial Implementation and Support
- Extensive experience with Workday modules is critical.
- Commanding knowledge in HR domain and Business Process Flows.
- Proficiency with business processes including: Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent Management, Advanced Compensation, Absence Management required.
- Experience in leading and execution of testing in all the cycles of the project.
- Good communication and customer facing skills.
- Tried capability in designing solutions and providing process consulting
