We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Engineer to ensure our products/services meet industry standards and customer expectations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement quality control processes, drive continuous improvement, and resolve defects.Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and QA procedures for products/services.
Perform root cause analysis of defects and work with engineering teams to resolve issues.
Implement automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JIRA, LabVIEW) to improve efficiency.
Conduct audits and ensure compliance with ISO 9001, Six Sigma, or other relevant standards.
Analyze quality metrics (e.g., defect rates, failure trends) and recommend improvements.
Collaborate with suppliers/manufacturers to ensure quality in the supply chain.
Document QA processes and maintain quality management systems (QMS).

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in quality assurance/engineering (software, hardware, or manufacturing).
Proficiency in testing methodologies, statistical analysis, and QA tools.
Familiarity with regulatory standards (e.g., ISO, FDA, Agile/Scrum).
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience with automation testing (preferred).
