About the client: Company is an accounting outsourcing firm providing bookkeeping, tax, payroll, and financial compliance services to global clients.Job Roles and Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end bookkeeping for UK-based clients
Handle:
Accounts Payable & Receivable
Bank & credit card reconciliations
Journal entries and general ledger
Prepare and file VAT returns (MTD compliant)
Process payroll and ensure statutory compliance
Assist in month-end and year-end closing
Work closely with accountants for finalization and audits
Ensure compliance with HMRC regulations
Maintain proper documentation and audit trails

Qualification and Experience:

Minimum 5+ years of experience in bookkeeping
Strong hands-on experience with UK accounting
In-depth knowledge of:
UK GAAP
VAT & MTD regulations
Payroll compliance
Experience with tools like:
Xero
QuickBooks (UK)
Sage
Good command over Excel
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
