Role: Franchise SalesExperience: 5+ yearsLocation: 5 days WFO - DelhiAbout the Role:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Franchise Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in franchise sales, along with excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and a local language. The Franchise Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving franchise sales through innovative sales strategies, effective funneling, and pipeline creation.Key Responsibilities: * Develop and implement effective franchise sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Identify and cultivate leads through various channels, including online inquiries, referrals, networking events, and trade shows.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential franchisees through ongoing communication and engagement.
  • Conduct presentations and sales meetings to educate potential franchisees about our brand and opportunities.
  • Guide potential franchisees through the sales process, from initial inquiry to franchise agreement signing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and legal, to facilitate the franchise sales process smoothly.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to adjust sales strategies as needed.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate sales forecasts, reports, and documentation using CRM software.
  • Provide ongoing support and assistance to franchisees during the onboarding process and beyond.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our brand and attract potential franchisees.
Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in franchise sales or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and a local language, both written and verbal.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with the ability to overcome objections.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Go-getter attitude with a high level of motivation and energy.
  • Creative and innovative thinker with a willingness to explore new sales strategies and approaches.
  • Flexibility to travel as needed for meetings, conferences, and events.
