- Actively approach targeted business clients (telephone, email, social networks, events, etc.)
- Achieve forecasted sales goals
- Search for new client leads contact details from online sources like LinkedIn, Fundoodata, Google search and from offline networks of the decision maker from the HR and Marketing departments of companies
- Manage relationships with existing customers
- Conduct market research and Proposing sales and marketing strategies (analyse competitors, efficiency of sales strategies, etc.)
- Preparing for meetings via structured research about target client
- Having effective sales meetings in order to:
- Understand the brief of the client
- Position Elemental Studios as the best choice for the client
- Generate requirements for the Digital Marketing, Av or Creative from the client
- Create presentations based on the client requirements
- Co-ordinate with the operations team to generate proposals
- Negotiate win-win deals
- Write emails professionally to record all discussions with the client
- Be the interface between the client and the operations team from contract to completion of the project
- Maintaining the database on the internal templates of the organization
- Maintain profitability index as per management guidelines
- Leading by example and being a team-player is a must
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and address obstacles to growth
- Degree in marketing, business or equivalent.
- 2+ years of hands-on sales experience in a B2B role.
- Excellent understanding of B2B sales and marketing.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluency in English is required
- Demonstrated ability to use of analytical skills and familiarity with productivity, and reporting tools such as MS Office, LinkedIn, Zoho CRM, Asana etc...
