Responsibilities : - Develop and implement comprehensive sales training programs tailored to the needs of the Ed-Tech industry. - Conduct training sessions for sales teams, focusing on product knowledge, sales techniques, objection handling, and customer engagement strategies. - Collaborate with sales managers to identify training needs and areas for improvement within the sales force. - Create training materials, including presentations, manuals, and multimedia content, to support training initiatives. - Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics. - Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and best practices to continuously enhance training content. - Provide ongoing coaching and support to sales representatives to reinforce learning and drive performance improvement.
