Location: AhmedabadKey Responsibilities
- Lead complete vehicle design & engineering development lifecycle
- Lead Electric Two-Wheeler (EV 2W) product development from concept to mass production
- Drive EV vehicle architecture, battery integration & powertrain packaging
- Oversee mechanical design of vehicles (Compulsory)
- Drive product development from concept, prototype, testing to mass production
- Ensure product validation, regulatory compliance & EV performance standards
- Achieve targeted cost, quality & timeline objectives
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams: R&D, Purchase, Production, Quality
- Implement design improvements for performance, safety & cost efficiency
- Manage vendor development and technical collaborations (EV components preferred)
- Lead and mentor the engineering team
- Present technical updates directly to MD / CEO
- Strong background in Mechanical Vehicle Design
- Experience strictly from Automobile Industry (EV experience preferred)
- Proven experience in Electric Two-Wheeler development projects
- Hands-on exposure to product validation & testing
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing feasibility & cost control
- Leadership experience in managing engineering teams
- Expertise in CAD/CAE tools
- Knowledge of automotive & EV regulations / compliance
- Experience in handling new product launches
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
