  • Lead the technical delivery of Salesforce implementations, including developing custom solutions and interfaces.
  • Perform code reviews to ensure high-quality code and appropriate design patterns.
  • Provide mentorship and supervise the development team.
  • Ensure the Salesforce system aligns with business processes and collaborate with stakeholders to optimize the system continually.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications and deployment guides.
  • Keep up with the latest Salesforce updates and features to provide guidance on best practices and new functionalities
Requirements:Experience: 5 + years of experience working with Salesforce, with proven experience in a technical leadership role.Skills: Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Integrations, and Salesforce LightningTechnical Experience : Hands on experience in designing, delivering the requirementsLead Development Projects: Oversee the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions.Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Integration: Coordinate with other departments to integrate Salesforce with other business systems.Technical Guidance: Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior developers.Troubleshooting: Resolve technical issues related to Salesforce.Preferences:Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.Certifications: Salesforce certifications such Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II.Position Level Senior AssociateCountry India
