Job Description:Job Description - MEPF HVAC BIM ModelerEducation:- Diploma / B.E. in MechanicalExperience:- 3-5 years Approx.Software skills:- REVIT, BIM360/ACC, AutoCAD are must. Experience of working on ACONEX software will be added advantage.Role:-PermanentJob Description:-Industrial projects experience is must in buildings like Warehouses, admin building, medical centre, substation buildings, and any other support facilities buildings.Knowledge of International & local codes, ASHRAE, NFPA, AMCA, and NBC to incorporate in design work.Ability to prepare HVAC & Plumbing layouts and sections and 3D model in detail in Revit software in different work sets.To prepare concept drawings and detailed design drawings using REVITAbility to prepare Revit families on own for different types of valves or joineries etc.. as required in each project.Should be able to extract material schedules for all the materials for all these services mentioned.To prepare details for all these services under guidance of design engineer in Revit software.To prepare and calculate all materials for BOQ for all the services.To co-ordinate with other disciplines and gather inputs.Ability to handle multi - discipline projects.Practical understanding of structures, specifications, and details drawings for the buildings.Able to accept responsibility and complete the work assigned by engineer within the time frame.Experience in MEPF BIM modelling will be added advantage.Experience of working on ACONEX software will be added advantage.Mandatory SkillsHVAC Design, HVAC Systems ,Autodesk Revit MEP, BIM360/ACC, MEPF System and Design, Software - REVIT, BIM360/ACC, AutoCAD, ACONEXDepartment:Energy (India) AssociateSkills Required:REVIT, BIM360/ACC, AutoCAD are must.
