Responsibilities Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers with the goal of generating sales. Product Knowledge: Demonstrate a thorough understanding of our products or services and effectively communicate their features and benefits. Customer Engagement: Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner, building rapport and trust. Sales Pitches: Develop and deliver persuasive sales pitches to promote our offerings and convert leads into customers. Lead Qualification: Qualify leads by understanding customer needs, budget constraints, and decision-making processes. Targets and Metrics: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and performance metrics. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions using our CRM system. Objection Handling: Address customer concerns and objections effectively, turning challenges into opportunities. Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to share insights, best practices, and contribute to overall team success. Qualifications Proven Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of successful telesales or relevant sales experience. Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate product features and benefits clearly. Resilience: Demonstrated ability to handle rejection and bounce back from setbacks. Self-Motivation: Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Target-Driven: Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a tele sales environment. Team Player: Willingness to collaborate and contribute to the success of the team. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing business priorities and customer needs. Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills.
