Technical skills Strong Unix & Linux skills SQL & Mysql. Experience in working with Databricks environment Kibana IBM Tivoli Workload Scheduler (TWS) Prior experience in working in Azure environment Knowledge and experience in working with Ingestion framework Shell scripting & Perl Scripting skills are highly desired Experience on Ticketing tools like JIRA/ServiceNow etc. is a must. Job Description: Some light debugging duties using SQL will be required in order to develop queries/reports of varying complexity to troubleshoot and recommend fixes to development teams Providing 24 7 operational support to all production practices on holidays and weekends. Coordinating with various teams and raise support ticket for all issues, analyze root cause and assist in efficient resolution of all production tickets Maintaining logs of all issues and ensure resolutions according to quality assurance tests for all production processes. Acting as the point of contact for the datalake production eco system Soft skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Analytical skills to research production issues Self-motivated and be able to lead complex production issues with minimum supervision where it requires coordination with several Teams.
