Job descriptionJob Summary We are looking for a dynamic and technically sound Sales & Application Engineer who will be responsible for driving sales, marketing, and customer engagement for Protection Relays and Substation Protection Solutions. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise and sales acumen, ensuring effective customer interactions, solution selling, and post-sales technical support. The candidate will play a key role in expanding market presence, managing client relationships, and delivering techno-commercial solutions aligned with business goals. Key Responsibilities (KRAs) Sales & Business Development  Drive target-oriented sales and marketing of protection relays and substation solutions  Generate leads and convert opportunities into business  Manage revenue targets and ensure timely collections Techno-Commercial Activities  Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and tender documents  Follow up with clients for closures and negotiations  Coordinate with internal teams for pricing and approvals Customer Engagement & Presentations  Deliver technical presentations on relay features, protection schemes, and solutions  Build strong relationships with consultants, EPCs, and end customers  Understand client requirements and provide customized solutions After-Sales & Technical Support  Provide basic after-sales support, including: o Relay settings guidance o Coordination support o Fault analysis assistance  Support commissioning and troubleshooting activities Site Visits & Field Support  Conduct site visits for demonstrations, installations, and commissioning support  Collaborate with project and service teams for seamless execution Required Skills & Competencies  Strong knowledge of Protection Relays & Substation Protection Schemes  Experience in Project Sales / B2B Sales (Electrical Industry)  Ability to handle techno-commercial discussions  Good communication and presentation skills  Customer-focused approach with strong negotiation skills  Willingness to travel extensively Preferred Experience  Experience in switchgear, relays, or electrical protection systems  Exposure to consultants, EPCs, utilities, and industrial clients  Hands-on understanding of substation or power systemsIf you are interested, contact on9303447007meezan@white-force.inJob requirements
