Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst – Reporting
Location:
Mahe – Global Shared Services Centre (GSC)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst – Reporting to manage end-to-end financial reporting activities for assigned business units. The role involves ensuring accurate and timely financial close, providing insights through analysis, and supporting business decision-making in a dynamic MNC environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close activities
Perform end-to-end financial reporting for assigned entities
Act as Entity Controller for business units/legal entities
Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and projections
Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights
Handle month-end journal entries (accruals, deferrals, intercompany, etc.)
Manage balance sheet reconciliations and ageing analysis
Maintain fixed asset register and process depreciation
Perform bank reconciliations and journal postings
Review commission, bonus accruals, and payments
Ensure timely closure of fees and reporting activities
Support audit queries and stakeholder communication
Ensure adherence to SLA timelines and internal controls
Drive process improvements and cost optimization initiatives
Support process transition from onshore to offshore teams
Lead and mentor a team of financial analysts
Prepare ad-hoc reports and analysis as required

Key Requirements:

CA / CMA (Qualified or Semi-qualified) or Commerce Graduate/Postgraduate
Minimum 6+ years of experience, including 4+ years in an MNC environment
Strong experience in Financial Reporting / Record-to-Report (R2R)
Hands-on experience in month-end close and general ledger accounting
Proficiency in SAP or other ERP systems
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
Experience in Shared Services / GSC environment preferred
