They should be very tactically sound. They should have hands-on experience in dispatch and logistics, EXIM (focusing on export), planning, and depot management operations. Candidates should have knowledge of managing warehouse operations. They should possess clear concise communication and presentation skills and should be able to manage multiple stakeholders.
