The ideal candidate will have a B.E. in Instrumentation and Control Engineering, with 2-3 years of hands-on experience in PLC, HMI, Motion, and Drives. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automation systems to improve operational efficiency and reliability.Key Responsibilities: * Design & Development:
Design, configure, and program automation systems, including control panels, PLCs, SCADA, and DCS for industrial processes.
Develop electrical and instrumentation diagrams, schematics, and documentation for automation systems.
Specify and select electrical and instrumentation components, such as sensors, actuators, relays, and transmitters.
Installation & Commissioning:
Oversee the installation of electrical control panels, wiring, instrumentation, and automation equipment.
Perform the commissioning of automation systems, ensuring proper integration with existing systems and operations.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues during installation and commissioning phases.
Automation Control Systems:
Program and configure PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) and HMI (Human-Machine Interfaces).
Preferred Skills:
Experience with advanced process control (APC) systems.
Familiarity with control loop tuning, instrumentation calibration, and field troubleshooting.
Knowledge of safety instrumented systems (SIS) and functional safety standards.
Proficiency in CAD software for electrical and instrumentation designQualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, Automation, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in automation, electrical, and instrumentation systems design, installation, and maintenance.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in PLC programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, or other PLC brands).
Knowledge of SCADA, HMI, DCS systems, and control networks.
Experience with electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and instrumentation calibration.
Familiarity with industrial communication protocols such as Modbus, Profibus, and Ethernet/IP.
