Position Summary Purpose Position is responsible for getting trained while supporting engineering and non-engineering process automation. Liaison with stakeholders from various functions, understand their processes, gather requirements, and complete automation projects under full supervision. Duties & Responsibilities Functions ESSENTIAL Needs to perform following activities under supervision. Get trained on Knowledge Based Engineering concepts and build understanding through assigned tasks and trainings. Work as knowledge-based engineer to gather and understand the requirements, perform feasibility, prepare execution plan, and deliver the tasks within estimated timeline. Develop customized applications Microsoft office desktop applications viz. Excel, Word, etc. Develop Power BI Dashboards for data visualization and analysis, Power Apps for user interactions and Power Automate flows for automating the regular tasks on office 365 platform. Follow Software development life cycle process to deliver the projects. Prepare work instructions, user manuals or any other documents related to job profile. Provide post-production support as required. Demonstrates high level of initiative to accomplish individual objectives assigned as well as team goals. Work towards individual goals aligned with department and organizational objectives. Comply to organizational HR policies and procedures. Understand and adhere to organizational HSE policies and practices. This position has NO direct supervisory responsibilities. NON-ESSENTIAL Other duties as assigned. Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, etc. Proven record in documentation with strong interpersonal skills Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics An individual should demonstrate following competencies & qualities to be able to perform this role successfully: - Self-driven, positive attitude. - Communication skills. - Strong analytical, problem-solving skills.
