Read on…What you’ll do in the role:Assist in documenting and tracking technology risks, incidents, and mitigation efforts.Support the preparation of risk metrics and reports to influence management decisions and recommend corrective actions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.Maintain and update risk management tools, databases, and documentation.Provide administrative and operational support for risk-related initiatives and audits.Work with other stakeholder teams globally across the FfirmEngage with Firm wide risk and control groups as appropriate to support Firm wide and Technology risk agenda, including first, second, and third line of defense risk functionsEnsure accurate documentation and evidence for audit/regulatory needs.Work closely with IT operations, security, compliance, and business units.What you’ll bring to the role:At least 2 years' experience in operational support for technology risk, or a related role within a large investment banking or financial services organization.Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business, Risk Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with risk management tools is a plus.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to a fast-paced workplace.WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM MORGAN STANLEY:We are committed to maintaining the first-class service and high standard of excellence that have defined Morgan Stanley for over 89 years.
