Job DescriptionEnsure smooth day-to-day dark store operations, adhering to defined SOPs and service standards.Manage inbound and outbound activities including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch.Perform accurate order picking with speed and zero-error mindset to meet 1020 minute delivery SLAs.Monitor real-time order flow and coordinate with delivery partners/riders for timely handover.Maintain optimal inventory levels through regular cycle counts, stock rotation, and shrinkage control.Ensure FEFO/ FIFO practices for perishable and non-perishable items.Conduct shelf replenishment and maintain product visibility and hygiene within the store.Handle customer return orders (RTVs) and defective/damaged goods as per the process.Support with GRN, stock reconciliation, and documentation during audits.Flag low-stock, near-expiry, and slow-moving items proactively.Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance within the dark store at all times.Collaborate with store supervisors and delivery partners to resolve operational bottlenecks.Adhere to compliance, safety protocols, and loss-prevention practices.Skill & CompetenciesStrong understanding of dark store or warehouse operations.Ability to work in fast-paced, time-sensitive environments.Basic knowledge of inventory management systems and handheld devices.Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and speed.Good communication and teamwork skills.Willingness to work in Night shifts,
