You’ll set the vision, shape the roadmap, and have the authority to make prioritization decisions that directly influence our market position and customer success. You’ll operate at the intersection of customer insight, business strategy, and product delivery, working closely with engineering, design, and leadership to bring transformative features to life.Strategic Product LeadershipDefine and champion the product vision for your domain.Translate strategic goals into a clear, actionable roadmap.Identify market opportunities and competitive differentiators.Lead product discovery with US counterparts and client-facing teams.Execution ExcellenceWrite precise user stories and manage a transparent backlog.Partner with engineering and design to deliver high-quality releases on time.Lead user acceptance testing to ensure flawless execution.Customer-Centric ApproachBe the voice of the customer — regularly engage with users, analyze feedback, and validate ideas.Track product adoption, retention, and engagement metrics to guide iterations.Anticipate and address market needs ahead of the curve.Cross-Functional ImpactCollaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive go-to-market readiness.Align stakeholders on priorities, trade-offs, and product direction.Ensure every feature shipped has a measurable business and customer outcome.RequirementsMust Have6+ years in Product Management, with at least 3 years in SaaS.Proven success launching and scaling enterprise-grade products.Deep understanding of SaaS metrics, business models, and growth levers.Exceptional communication and influence across technical and business teams.Experience with Jira, Confluence, Productboard, and basic SQL.A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with a bias for action.Bonus PointsBackground in B2B SaaS or grant management software.BenefitsBest In the Industry
