IT Systems and Data Analyst - DSMG - Retail MFB - Strategy - Mumbai - Lodha (I-Think Techno Campus) - J Grades

• Extract, clean, and analyze collection performance data for MFI products.
• Develop dashboards and MIS reports for daily, weekly, and monthly collections.
• Track key performance indicators (e.g., PAR, DPD, recovery rate, roll rate).
• Identify trends, patterns, and gaps using SQL, Excel, and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

• Provide analytical support to Collection Strategy team in segmentation (DPD buckets, geography, ticket size).
• Assist in developing and monitoring field strategies (doorstep collection, tele-calling efficiency).
• Evaluate pilot strategies and measure ROI/effectiveness.

• Work with IT and operations to implement tech-based collection tools (apps, portals, dialers).
• Automate routine reports and integrate real-time data feeds from field apps and LOS.
• Ensure system accuracy for collection workflows, closures, and field team mapping.

• Collaborate with Product, Risk, Field Collections, and IT teams for data requirements and system enhancements.
• Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams for collection-related tools.

• Ensure data consistency and integrity for internal and external audits.
• Maintain proper documentation of reports, scripts, and data logic used.

• Strong knowledge of SQL, MS Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and data visualization.
• Understanding of MFI collections processes, buckets, and field operations.
• Ability to translate business needs into system requirements or actionable reports.
• Good problem-solving, attention to detail, and time management.
