- Responsible to plan, develop and monitor the activities of the sales team across Banking, Retail and National Distributors within Mumbai
- Develop sales plans, activities, campaigns and manage day-to-day activities of the sales team
- Responsible to prepare sales forecasts and budgets, monitor sales volume, revenue and cost to identify problem areas and adapt procedures to improve performance
- Negotiate sales with existing and new customers who are of strategic importance to the organization
- Coach sales representatives on the technical aspects of the organization's products and services, marketing campaigns and sales promotions, sales techniques, procedures and standards that will help achieve goals
- Conducting meetings with clients/associates, understanding their needs and providing relevant feedback up the chain
- To increase collection with higher market share from present level and to enhance brand recall for DSPBR
- Build long term core assets through incremental net sales
- Strong knowledge of capital markets (equity & fixed income), products and other financial products
- Deep understanding of Sales process
- Understanding of macro-economic variables and mutual fund products
- Proven ability to deliver superior results in all market cycles
- Entrepreneurial mindset, ready to take initiative and get your hands dirty - especially when it comes to handling complex deal/client/situation.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to develop strong and trusting relationships.
- Leverages digital tools and platforms to enhance client engagement and experience.
- Simplify complex market developments into clear, actionable insights.

- 14+ years of investment sales, and business development
- CA/MBA or any equivalent degree. CFA, CWM, or CFP will be plus
