Reviewing, analyzing, and finalizing monthly CIB RWA (Risk-Weighted Assets) and leverage reporting, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Identifying gaps in capital processes and driving corrective actions to enhance data quality and integrity.
Designing and maintaining high-quality MIS reports for RWA and leverage on a monthly and daily basis.
Engaging with Risk, Operations, Technology, and Finance teams to track, remediate, and log RWA issues.
Providing subject matter expertise on PRA regulatory guidelines and Basel 3.0 / 3.1 capital requirements for CIB products.

Role requirements

15+ years of experience in Business Finance and Risk Management within the banking or financial services sector.
Deep understanding of CIB products across Trade, Markets, and Banking, along with Credit Risk RWA calculations.
Proven expertise in UK regulatory (PRA) guidelines and Basel capital frameworks.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills across senior business and risk partners.
High proficiency in MS Office, data warehouse tools, and financial reporting systems.
