The role involves coordinating with various departments to ensure timely project execution and maintaining accurate project documentation. Key Responsibilities: Assist in preparing detailed project schedules, timelines, and work plans. Coordinate with design, production, and site teams to track project progress. Update project status reports and highlight deviations from the schedule. Support project managers in resource planning and allocation. Monitor project milestones and assist in ensuring timely completion. Maintain documentation related to project planning, reports, and updates. Work closely with procurement and operations teams for material and resource followup. Assist in preparing MIS reports and progress dashboards. Identify potential risks or delays and report to the project manager. Ensure compliance with company quality and safety standards. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Project Management or related field. 1-2 years of experience in project planning or coordination (preferably in façade or construction industry). Knowledge of project planning tools like MS Project / Primavera is an advantage. Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills. Excellent communication and coordination abilities. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Job requirements
