JOB PROFILE:- Position- HR Officer Qualification - Bachelor's Degree in Business Management OR Human Resource Management; further training will be a plus. Experience - Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an HR Officer CTC - 40K - 60K (Depends on individual's knowledge and experience) Location - Jaipur, Rajasthan JOB DESCRIPTION:- We are looking for a skilled HR Officer for our organisation who will be recruiting new employees, will be supporting and developing talent through developing policies and will be managing procedures. He/ she should be responsible for administrative tasks and shall contribute in making the company a better place to work. If you are passionate about this position and are highly efficient, give us a chance to meet you. We expect you to have knowledge of various HR functions. We want to see a committed and approachable individual and be impressed with his/her character and skills. The goal will be to provide excellent assistance and support to employees and managers. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:- * Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems. * Provide counseling on policies and procedures to employees and management. * Create and implement effective onboarding plans. * Assist in performance management processes. * Support the management of disciplinary and employee grievance issues. * Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements. * Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance. * Communicating with staff about issues affecting their performance. * Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital format. * Advising on disciplinary and employee performance problems. * Design compensation structure and benefit /incentive packages for Employees/Interns. * Implement performance review procedures for yearly appraisals. (Quarterly, Annual and 360 degree evaluations) * Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques. * Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees. * Monitor the HR department's budget and targets. * Create strategies and run referral bonus programs. * Review current HR technology and recommend more effective software. (including HRIS and ATS.) * Maintain employee retention and turnover rates. * Oversee daily operations of the company as and when required. * Keeps job descriptions up-to-date, accurate and compliant with relevant federal, state and local laws for all positions. * Creates and updates compensation strategy through market analysis and pay services. * Job analysis/descriptions: Defining the nature and responsibilities of positions and the skills and knowledge required for them. * Recruitment and staffing: Attracting, interviewing, and selecting the right candidates to meet the organisation's needs. * Organisation and utilization of the workforce: Designing an organizational framework that maximizes human resources and establishes systems of communication. * Maintenance of the workforce: Addressing health, safety, and worker-management issues, including compliance with federal workplace laws. * Training and development: Evaluating employees' educational needs and designing programs to meet them. * Performance appraisal: Assessing employee job performance to provide feedback and use in determining promotions, salary increases, and termination of employment. * Employee rewards: Designing programs to reward employees for accomplishments and motivate them to continue performing at a high level. * Diversity, equity, and inclusion: Designing programs and procedures to ensure that all candidates, employees, and customers are treated fairly and without discrimination. REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:- * Proven experience as HR officer, administrator or other HR position. * Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.) * Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures. * Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus. * Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Problem-solving and decision-making attitude. * Strong ethics and reliability. * BSc/BA in business administration, social studies or relevant field; further training will be a plus. * HR Credentials (e.g. PHR from the HR Certification Institute) * Additional training/certification in Payroll Management - may be advantageous. * Labor Relations certification - may be advantageous. * Experience as a Skills Development Facilitator - may be advantageous. * Able to engage in meaningful negotiation and resolution. * Knowledge of employment legislation. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Protecting the interests of all employees. * Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
