- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and target potential customers through various means, including cold calls, referrals, networking, and online research.
- Product/Service Presentation: Demonstrate a strong understanding of the company's products or services and effectively communicate their features and benefits to potential customers.
- Sales Process: Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing the sale. This includes understanding customer needs, providing solutions, and overcoming objections.
- Negotiation: Negotiate sales contracts and terms with customers, ensuring that the company's interests are protected while meeting customer expectations.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports. Provide regular updates to sales management on progress and forecasts.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and threats.

- Proven experience in a sales role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Knowledge of the company's products or services.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
- Familiarity with CRM software (Customer Relationship Management) is a plus.
- Education:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is usually the minimum requirement, but a bachelor's degree in a related field can be an advantage.
