- Working with Infra POC to solve for any Parking or space related issues
- Working with POD ops team to resolve any pickup related issues
- Calling DEs back to the POD and ensuring great efficiency metrics
- Figuring out key concerns of delivery partners and communicating to central ops team
- Ensuring good earnings for delivery partners available at the POD
- Communicating any inefficiencies observed on ground
- Creating a point of view on DEs attriting along with key reasons for the same
- Ensuring hygiene at the POD by regulating delivery partner behavior
- Working with central team to tackle attrition in specific geographies
- Highlight any delivery partner count related issues at a particular POD
- 10 PODs per OA and DE count will be decided based on geography.
