Role Description This is a full-time on-site Jr.Executive Sales role located in Tiruchirappalli. The Jr.Executive Sales will be responsible for handling the sales process, meeting with clients, tracking client data, negotiating contracts, managing accounts, forecasting sales targets, ensuring timely deliveries, promoting new products to customers, and solving customer complaints. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to negotiate and close deals Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices Proficiency in English and Tamil languages Basic knowledge of computer software (Microsoft Office) Ability to work independently, under pressure, and meet targets Prior sales experience in footwear industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
