In this position, you will work closely with our Finance Transformation Lead to support with regular monthly upkeep of processes, process optimization and system integration aspects of finance transformation projects. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in IT and technical skills, complemented by a fundamental understanding of finance processes. This role will be based in our R&A CoE Bangalore providing the required support to MENA Region.Key Responsibilities:· Support Finance Transformation Lead: Collaborate closely with the Finance Transformation Lead to assist in the planning, execution, and oversight of finance transformation projects across the MENA region.· Regular Monthly Upkeep: Take ownership of the regular monthly upkeep of systems and processes across the finance function, including producing reports in a timely and accurate manner.· Technical Implementation: Work with cross-functional teams to implement finance processes, software and systems that support transformation initiatives.· Process Optimization: Evaluate and optimize existing finance processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness under the guidance of the Finance Transformation Evaluate and· System Integration: Assist in the integration of finance systems with other business applications, ensuring seamless data flow and improved financial workflows.· Quality Assurance: Support the Finance Transformation Lead in ensuring the proper functioning of implemented systems and processes through rigorous testing and quality assurance procedures and ongoing upkeep as required.· Troubleshooting: Address technical issues and provide support to resolve system-related problems that may arise during transformation projects, working in tandem with the Finance Transformation· Documentation: Contribute to maintaining comprehensive documentation of process mapping, process improvements, user guides and other documentation, in coordination with the Finance Transformation Lead.· Collaboration: Collaborate with the Finance Transformation Lead as well as finance and business teams to understand their specific needs and translate them into technical solutions that align with the strategic objectives of the MENA region.Professional & Technical skills:Essential:· Excellent user of MS Visio or Lucidchart for process design / mapping challenges· Excellent user of Office 365 – Power point, Excel, Word, Notepad applications· Performed a role of Business Analyst who acts as a bridge between IT/Systems teams and Business functional teams.· Excellent understanding & working knowledge of these systems ERP: JDE, Oracle EBS, EPM: PBCS, ePBCS, Hyperion, HFM, Reporting Systems: Power BI, Tableau.· Worked as Business / System analyst for ERP/EPM implementation projects.· Excellent knowledge on Business process design, development, test and deployment related to ERP, CRM, EPM, Reporting Systems, Budgeting & Forecasting systems.The Individual:You are highly analytical with an ability to apply your problem-solving skills to solve complex data platform challenges.You are self-motivated and passionate about actively contributing to our R&A CoE objectives.With your technical & business know-how you should easily perform due diligence on business Data Analytics problems and quickly grasp the key process issues and data challenges.Qualifications & Experience:Essential:· Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or Business.· Strong technical skills, including proficiency in finance software, databases, and data migration tools.· Previous experience in finance system implementation and integration is a plus. (Hyperion / Oracle ePBCS, CRM, Oracle EBS, JDE, Project Management tools)· Knowledge of finance and accounting principles.· Excellent problem-solving abilities.· Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.· Ability to work on your own and manage multiple tasks within tight deadlines.· Working knowledge (Functional/Technical) of Hyperion / Oracle ePBCS, CRM, Oracle EBS, JDE, Project Management systems are required.· Excellent understanding of Power BI, Tableau, Qlik view / Qlik sense reporting system would be a great plus.· Combined total experience of 6-10 years as a techno functional expert who has worked on finance systems implementation, ERP implementation, integrations and migrations projects.Desirable:· Knowledge on Data from Oracle EBS(ERP), JDE(ERP), ePBCS (EPM) would be very good.· Experience in working for a consulting firm with strict project deadlines is advantageous.· Project Management certification like PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP would be a great plus.Additional InformationWorking hours: 12pm – 9.30pm (India Standard Time)Transportation, Food & Shift allowance will be provided.Work Location: Yelahanka, BangaloreWhat We Can Offer YouVaried, interesting and meaningful work.A hybrid working environment with flexibility and great opportunities.Opportunities for training and, as the team grows, career progression or sideways moves.An opportunity to work within a large global multi-disciplinary consultancy on a mission to change the ways we approach business as usual.Why work for AtkinsRéalis?We at AtkinsRéalis are committed to developing its people both personally and professionally.
