Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth in South/Latin American
markets.
Manage and strengthen relationships with existing customers and distributors in the
region.
Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence through strategic
partnerships.
Conduct regular customer visits and market research to understand trends, pricing, and
competition.
Collaborate with internal teams (Supply Chain, Finance, Production) to ensure timely
order execution and customer satisfaction.
Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to senior
management.
Reporting to: AVP / Sr. VP – Sales & Marketing (Exports)
Desired Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate (preferably MBA / B.Tech) with strong business acumen.
Fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory; Portuguese will be an added advantage.
7–12 years of experience in international sales & marketing, preferably in the
South/Latin American region.
Proven track record in business development, negotiation, and achieving sales targets.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with cultural adaptability.
Willingness to travel extensively across the region.
Preference: Immediate joiners or short notice period.
