As a Trainee: Product Management, you will play a key role in supporting the product management & product marketing team in the new product development, launch, and maintenance of our automotive microcontroller products. Your primary responsibilities will include key tasks such as market analysis, collateral creation, AI based marketing insights, product data management, product lifecycle management, and cross-functional collaboration with various teams.   • Product Data Management: Maintain and update product-related data in our internal databases, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all platforms.
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Support the product management team in managing the product lifecycle, from concept to end-of-life, including phase-in and phase-out planning.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams, including sales, marketing, engineering, and quality, to ensure seamless communication and alignment on product-related topics.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs, providing insights to the product management team.
  • AI-powered research: data‑driven product strategies by performing AI‑powered market analysis and competitive research
  • Product Collateral: Assist in creating and maintaining product documentation, such as datasheets, user manuals, application notes and product-presentations
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and propose changes to optimize operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to stakeholders.
  • Go-to-market: support execution of product- and application go-to-market plans
Your ProfileQualifications and skills to help you succeed
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields)
  • 0-2 years of work experience in a related field (internships or co-op experiences are welcome)
  • Strong understanding of the automotive industry and microcontroller technology (or willingness to learn)
  • Strong analytical mindset with exposure to AI/ML tools for market research, trend analysis, and competitive intelligence.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with database management tools (e.g., Excel, Access, or similar)
  • Fluent English skills
