- Internship will be focused on applying and building engineering skills applied to areas such as cloud platform, big data platform, application development and more.
- Work will be complemented by a quality approach to supervision and mentorship. An on-going job performance evaluation will be provided.
- Interns are given the opportunity to apply their skills and gain an understanding of the Cargill organization.
- Opportunity to learn more about Cargill's diverse businesses through numerous events such as first day orientation, experiential learning activities, and volunteer events, to name a few.

- Opportunity to network with Cargill Digital Technology, and Data Leaders as well as other interns will be provided and encouraged.
- The FY 26, program begins from January 5, 2026 through June last week.
- Interns are paid a stipend monthly.
- Work timings: 12 noon - 9 pm
- Transport is provided during internship transportation to and from work. Pick up and Drop address to be same and within the serviceable limit of Bangalore.
- Interns who demonstrate outstanding performance and a curiosity to learn more may be offered a full-time position to return as an Associate Software Engineer.

- Leaves: The Intern can avail 1 sick leave and 1 casual leave per month on approval from the reporting manager. These leaves will not be accrued or en-cashed.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology with a major in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or majors in AI, ML, Cybersecurity, Computing etc - an Information technology related discipline - Graduating with a degree in June 2026.
- The student will require to provide an approval from their respective Institution to be available and able to complete a 5-6-month internship running from early January 2026 through end June 2026.
- All candidates must be geographically flexible and willing to work onsite multiple days a week at our Bengaluru Capability center.
- Knowledge of basic structured programming, systems analysis and design, database design, and business concepts
- Must possess a high degree of initiative and resourcefulness in completing work with limited guidance
- Proven ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse a diverse set of backgrounds and cultures
- Previous experience as a software engineer intern
- Experience with agile development methodologies
- Experience with commercial product software development
