As a digital marketing executive at RRD GO Creative, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to increase our online presence and drive traffic to our website. Your role is essential in helping us achieve our business objectives and reach our target audience effectively. The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things marketing and technology. You will be well-versed in the concepts surrounding digital marketing and how the Internet can become a strong asset to securing growing revenue. Your Responsibilities Assist the team in the development of the overall digital marketing strategy Implement digital marketing activities across a broad range of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, and Display) and setting measurable KPIs. Manage and maintain the company's owned media including websites, social channels, and email/CRM software Manage the creation of relevant and engaging digital content for publishing onto various digital platforms Set up conversion, pixel, and event tracking on the website and across various digital platforms Analyze digital marketing analytics reports and share insights with the team to develop optimization plans Conduct research on market trends, brand's audiences and competitors, and end-to-end customer journey to drive engagements and conversions Stay abreast of emerging digital tools and platforms, digital marketing trends, new technologies, and share insights with the rest of the team Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors Your tasks Create and curate social media campaigns, including content creation, publishing, and community management. Manage and optimise campaigns on various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. Conduct keyword research and on-page optimisation to increase website rankings and drive organic traffic. Develop and execute email marketing campaigns with A/B testing. Analyze analytics and engagement metrics to measure campaign performance. Prepare and present monthly/quarterly reports to stakeholders. Requirements and skills Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field Certification in Digital Marketing is a mandatory requirement Proven experience as Digital Marketing Executive or similar role for 2years Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices Experience with graphic design and content production. Analytical mindset and critical thinking Experience with B2B social media, Google Adwords and email campaigns and SEO/SEM Knowledge of website CMS and marketing automation tools. Proficiency in developing and overseeing email marketing initiatives. Certifications in Salesforce, Google Analytics, Google Ads, or similar. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong project management and time management skills Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
