A British multinational alcoholic beverage company with its headquarters in London, England. It operates from 132 sites around the world. It is a major distributor of Scotch whisky and other spirits. Distilleries owned by Client produce 40% of all Scotch whisky with over 24 brands.Essential Job Functions:
- Responsible for overall High Level and Low-Level Technical Solution Design including integration with peripherals system, working with Third Party Implementation Partner, Solution Architects, Client, Solution Owners, CoE, Integration Solution Manager, etc.
- Responsible for E2E sprint planning of the technical build jointly with the selected third-party implementation partner
- Custodian of all Technical Solution Documents on the project including related to Change Requests and IT Audit and ensure these are successfully transitioned to BAU as part of the Service Introduction
- Coordinates with the Solution Architect to signal potential changes to the HLD.
- Verifies alignment of LLD with the security requirements working with the IM&S Teams as needed.
- Brings the Low-Level Design to the POD to seek an explicit Approval.
- Accountable for the technical solution build and configuration in line with approved LLD
- Ensures infrastructure and resource costs are built into the design and aligned with the Solution design and internal teams team.
- Collaborate with Business SMEs, Client, Solution Architect for successful preparation of the Technical & Non-Functional Test Cases
- Collaborate with QA Lead for preparation of Functional Test Cases by the Client/SMEs
- Participate in the Functional, Non-Functional and Technical Testing to ensure agreed standards are met and drive the same jointly with the Test & Data Migration Team
- Working with Service Introduction team ensure required support is provided from program team for successful Knowledge Transfer to BAU
- Ensure key controls required to operate the system in BAU are reflected into the overall solution design and coordinate with ITGC for an explicit Approval.
- Work with BAU team to define a suitable support strategy and ensure BAU alignment of this strategy ahead of the transition.
Technical Experience:
- At least 10+ years of experience LS Retail and Business Central and/or Dynamics 365
- Good Knowledge of MS D365 and/or Business Central & LS Central Technical
- API development in Microsoft technology stack
- Managing Backups and versions of Application objects.
- Knowledge of SQL server
