- Responsible for penetrating the Industrial Sales Business and effectively contribute towards the business goals of the organization.
- Formulate the strategies to expand the industrial applications, reviewing them periodically with the business plans & initiate the course of actions accordingly.
- Explore the business opportunities for expansion through developing the industrial products according to upcoming market scope at pan India Level.
- Implementation of promotional strategies including ATL/ BTL to maximize the market development, generating leads from the untapped markets.
- Research about the competitors to know the various applications running in the market & make plan to tap those opportunities after approval.
- Keep track of the performances of various applications which are under trial, assess their customer satisfaction level & develop changes according to the market assessment.
- Administer the annual operating plans to contribute towards the business goals of the organization.
- Continuous interface with the product design team/ manufacturing team for developing the products as per the market response.
- Responsible to managing a team, conduct periodical review of their performance
- B. Tec (Electrical Electronics)
- Minimum 5 to 8 years in Power Generation industry (Genset)
- Must be proactive, Resourceful, Self-motivated, Team player.
