Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases.
Perform manual and automated testing to ensure the quality of our B2B SaaS applications.
Identify, document, and track bugs and issues through to resolution.
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers to understand requirements and provide feedback.
Participate in the design and implementation of automated testing frameworks and tools.
Conduct regression testing and performance testing.
Monitor and report on test coverage, quality metrics, and overall product quality.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in QA and software testing.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Proven experience as a QA Engineer, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies.
Experience with both manual and automated testing.
Proficiency in testing tools and frameworks such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, etc.

Familiarity with new-age QA SaaS tools like Rainforest.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Experience with performance and load testing tools
