Applications Integration analyst is member of the Global Applications Solution group and works directly with MADJV Global Application Leader to follow a standard methodology and execute tasks for both the integration of applications into ADM's application ecosystem and the separation of applications from ADM's application ecosystem. This role is responsible for design and execution of applications related integration / migration / separation plans as part of a MADJV event. You will work with MADJV Global Application Lead and other teams of Global technology to frame the MADJV Applications roadmap priorities, develop and drive Applications integrations, and manage a qualitative standardized approach to rationalize and integrate applications to ADM's Applications strategic roadmap.Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute Application assessment, rationalization related integration/migration/separation plans as part of a MADJV event.
- Diligently work with solutions team and GPO to develop application integration plan base on rationalization decision during MADJV events.
- Participate in the rationalization, and integration, of applications to ensure support of application strategies.
- Strategize, as necessary, with the MADJV Core, Application Solution Services, and Solution Delivery organizations, by leveraging the breadth and depth of subject-matter expertise in ADM's Applications ecosystem.
- Diligently work with MADJV Core and collaborate within across other Global Technology groups, including Solution Delivery, Infrastructure & Operations, Security, and Applications Managed Services vendors to deliver application integration/migration activities.
- Serve as a skilled adviser, and subject-matter specialist, in the development, support, and socialization of standard processes for the delivery of Application.
- Ensure Applications integration deliverables like applications architecture diagrams, interface mappings, technical and infrastructure documentation are produced, as required and per process, during MADJV events.
- Operate and communicate professionally between ADM IT Infrastructure Architecture, Project Management, Business, and IT Resources of the Acquired Businesses.
- Ensure the proper execution of all activities supporting a successful Transition to Service & Support including, but not limited to, ensuring all required documentation is available.
- Provide, as needed, technical expertise in Statements of Work for services provided by 3rd Party Service providers.
- Validate quality of work during execution and delivery of services provided by 3rd Party Service providers.
- Leverage research, writing, and creative skills to arrive at fresh ways to approach a research topic that uphold ADM's reputation for establishing unique perspectives!
- Follows and contributes to improving standards, guidelines, and leading practices.
- Understand and adhere to policies, standards, and procedures, collaborating with teams and team members to ensure adherence to individual efforts.
- Minimum of 5-7 years' experience in the delivery of IT applications and systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to lead, manage and interact professionally with a diverse team of resources.
- Ability to positively influence, mentor and be a credible source of knowledge to team members.
- Experience working independently and as part of a virtual team.
- Be able to synthesize complex information into actionable insights and a compelling narrative.
- Experience with Collaboration and Migration services, change management and escalation processes.
- Experience working in a production support environment providing On-Call support, including off-hours and weekend support, as necessary.
