Role Overview :- We are looking for a Social Media Marketing Manager with proven hands-on experience in running and scaling paid campaigns, managing organic growth, and driving engagement across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should be highly creative, data-driven, and skilled at leveraging social media, Meta ads, WhatsApp marketing, and influencer collaborations to achieve measurable business results.- This role also requires the ability to conceptualize and produce innovative product videos tailored for various social channels.Key Responsibilities :Campaign Management & Growth :- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and brand awareness. - Manage WhatsApp marketing campaigns including broadcast, automation, and engagement workflows.- Monitor performance metrics, analyze campaign data, and continuously optimize for ROI. Social Media Marketing & Content Strategy - Develop and implement social media strategies to grow followers, engagement, and conversions across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).- Work closely with the design and content teams to create engaging and brand-aligned posts,reels, and stories. - Stay updated with platform algorithm changes, trends, and new features to maximize reach and performance. Influencer & Creator Collaboration :- Identify, approach, and manage relationships with content creators and influencers across relevant industries. - Negotiate collaborations, track performance of influencer campaigns, and ensure brand alignment. - Drive user-generated content (UGC) initiatives to enhance brand credibility. Creative Content Production :- Conceptualize, script, and coordinate the creation of innovative product videos tailored for different platforms. - Collaborate with video editors, designers, and production teams to ensure high-quality deliverables. - Experiment with new formats (reels, shorts, carousels, stories) to maximize audience engagement. Analytics & Reporting :- Track KPIs across all campaigns and platforms including reach, engagement, CTR, conversions, and CAC. - Prepare weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights and recommendations. - Use analytics tools (Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, WhatsApp Business tools, etc.) for decision-making. Qualifications & Requirements :- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in social media marketing and paid advertising. - Proven success in scaling Meta campaigns (Facebook, Instagram). - Strong working knowledge of WhatsApp marketing tools and best practices. - Experience managing influencer marketing campaigns and collaborations. - Ability to conceptualize and execute product-focused creative content for digital platforms. - Strong analytical mindset with experience in campaign optimization and data-driven decision-making. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills. - Up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing. Preferred Skills :- Experience in SaaS, D2C, or mobile app-based businesses. - Proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut). - Knowledge of marketing automation platforms and CRM tools. - Certification in Meta Ads or Digital Marketing (preferred but not mandatory).
