Job Title Product Support Specialist (L3) for AVWJob DescriptionJob title: Product Support SpecialistWe’re looking for a passionate, customer focused and experienced IT professional within networking, windows and security knowledge, who will provide 3rd line support for customers and resolve customer concerns raised during installation, operation, and maintenance or product application.As a member of the Product Support Team team within Advanced Visualization Workspace (with focus on application development and platform infrastructure) organization you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to the realization of our vision with passion and professionalism.Your success will be determined by your ability to answer our customer’s needs effectively and efficiently with state-of-the-art approaches and methodologies that support their continuous performance.As Product Support Engineer, your primarily responsibility is to focus on technical support to the regional service organizations in relation to their installed base of the products. This function specifically includes a focus on hospital IT integration aspects, i.e. networking, security, scalability, availability, etc.This job has a very dynamic and versatile character where support is being delivered by a very enthusiastic team. Looking to the complexity and dynamics of the applied techniques you will often be required to participate during Service Exchange Experience Meetings, training- and education sessions.We are looking forward to people with:1. Bachelor's or Master's Degree with 8-12 years work experience2. Radiology, PACS experience or any other medical equipment support experience3 Technical experience with DICOM, Networking, VM, Remote trouble shooting4. Resolve customer escalations and document in the service tools5. Intellispace Portal Software Installation & Support , Concerto knowledge - advantage6. Customer facing situational awareness and the ability to work seamlessly with L1/L2 and project manager resources during high stress troubleshooting sessions7.
