THE ROLEThe Demo Team is responsible for building, deploying, and integrating Temenos products with exchange providers and third-party systems to create state-of-the-art, out-of-the-box demo journeys that support BSG's global sales opportunities, including Proof of Concepts (POCs). OPPORTUNITIES
- You will Deploy Temenos products on cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or others, tailored to specific BSG demo requirements.
- You will Perform regular patching and updates of Temenos products and underlying infrastructure.
- You will Work closely with security and product teams to manage vulnerabilities and ensure a secure demo environment.
- You will diagnose and resolve issues across the runtime platform, and build health check and monitoring tools to validate platform readiness.
- You will Coordinate with cloud providers (e.g., Microsoft) and other vendors for timely issue resolution and support.
- You will Collaborate with Temenos Product ART teams to onboard new demo journeys and showcase recent product innovations.
- You will actively improve and automate deployment processes, focusing on efficiency, scalability, and reliability.
- You will advocate for and adopt the latest cloud technologies, ensuring demo environments remain modern and innovative.
- You will contribute to knowledge sharing and training, upskilling internal teams on Temenos platform fundamentals and specialized tools.
- You should have 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in deployment and maintenance of FinTech or banking products.
- You should have Strong understanding of cloud deployment models, particularly Azure and AWS.
- You should have Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Bash, Maven, Ant, Ruby, Perl).
- You should have Experience with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- You should have Familiarity with CI/CD tools, especially Jenkins, for continuous deployment and integration.
- You should have Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across multiple technical and non-technical teams.
- You should have Self-motivated, solution-driven, and proactive in seeking process improvements and automation opportunities.
